Well, not real sure where to start though have tons of ideas swirling around in my mind just need to decide which one. I guess I’ll just start and go from there.
So as I had said in my profile I had a blog I was working on here but something happened to it, not sure what or why or where my other blogs went. I also had some followers, would be nice to have them back if possible but if not I hope to gain some along the way.
I am a wife, come this November it will be our 17th anniversary…17 years with him has been interesting, fun, emotional, hilarious, exciting, loving with a few bumps here and there but we worked through them, we’ve learned along the way that we simply can not be without the other, that a solid good marriage takes 2, takes patience, love, understanding and communication, without those it wouldn’t last.
I am a mom of 2 aspie boys. Both are awesome, handsome, loving, well mannered, smart and love school!
My oldest was diagnosed with Asperger’s, Anxiety, ADHD and Auditory Sensory issues at 5 years old…I’ll blog more about both boys in another post.
My youngest was diagnosed with Asperger’s, Anxiety with phobia disorders, Sensory Processing Disorders, OCD, ADHD, Simple Tremors, tics and Petit Mal Seizures at age 3 years old.
As for me, I didn’t know or even think that I could be an aspie until late last year when I was reading some posts from a wonderful lady who is the author of I Am Aspiengirl and I Am Aspienwoman, Tania Marshall. Reading that girls and women tend to hide/mask our signs, that we are more likely to be misdiagnosed and so many more things that I realized that the signs she had posted I related to and began to think that I am just as she was posting about. I had brought this new found info up to my psychiatrist and though he diagnosed me with Bipolar type 2, Anxiety and OCD he agreed that I indeed am Asperger’s.
Time to end this one but as the terminator would say, “I’ll be back”!
